The Stroke Foundation is working with Little Stroke Warriors to develop an information pack for families affected by paediatric stroke. We want to ensure that the families of paediatric stroke survivors have the information they need to achieve their child’s best possible recovery and live their best life after stroke.
To develop these resources, we need your help!
- Are you a parent or family member of a paediatric stroke survivor?
- Are you a paediatric stroke survivor?
- Do you work with families affected by paediatric stroke, as a health professional or researcher?
What information do you think would make a difference to support families in their journey after paediatric stroke?
Your views are important. Here are the ways you can be involved:
Online survey for: Families, stroke survivors, health professionals and researchers
We want to hear from anyone who is affected by paediatric stroke or works in paediatric stroke. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Please note this survey closes Friday 9 August.
You can also speak with us directly to share your views – email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1800 787 653.
Forums for families in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney
