Community Engagement Coordinator (VIC/SA)
Part Time (0.6 FTE) ongoing - Located in Melbourne 

Reporting to the Stroke Prevention Manager, this position is primarily responsible for promoting Stroke Foundation activities at a state and National level.

Project Officer - My Health for Life
Part Time (0.8 FTE) - Fixed Term - Location Brisbane

As a part of the Stroke Foundation’s commitment to increasing awareness and prevention of Stroke in Queensland, we are working collaboratively with an alliance of organisations to deliver the My Health for Life program. The role of the Stroke Foundation is to work as part of the Engagement Stream, working closely with communities to enhance access and engagement of the program by Queensland adults. This position will work closely with the Workplace Project Officer, local My Health for Life program Providers, local stakeholders, and alliance organisations to ensure efficient delivery of the program.

Project Officer - My Health for Life
Part Time (0.8 FTE) - Fixed term - Location Cairns, Townsville or Mackay

As a part of the Stroke Foundation’s commitment to increasing awareness and prevention of Stroke in Far North Queensland region, we are working collaboratively with an alliance of organisations to deliver the My Health for Life program. The role of the Stroke Foundation is to work as part of the Engagement Stream, working closely with Far North Queensland communities to enhance access and engagement of the program by Queensland adults. This position will work closely with the Workplace Project Officer, local My Health for Life program Providers, local stakeholders, and alliance organisations to ensure efficient delivery of the program.

Pharmacy Project Officer - My Health for Life
Part Time (0.8 FTE) - Fixed Term - Location Brisbane

As a part of the Stroke Foundation’s commitment to increasing awareness and prevention of Stroke in Queensland, we are working collaboratively with an alliance of organisations to deliver the My Health for Life program. The role of the Stroke Foundation is to work as part of the Engagement Stream, working closely with communities to enhance access and engagement of the program by Queensland adults. Reporting to the My Health for Life Manager but working closely with the Diabetes Queensland Primary Care Engagement Lead, the Pharmacy Project Officer will develop and implement a rural and remote pharmacy engagement and program delivery strategy for the My health for life program. 

Data Coordinator – Fulltime, ongoing – Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane based

Reporting to the Stroke Quality Improvement Manager, the Data and Quality Coordinator leads the National Stroke Audit and provides specialised data support to the Stroke Services Team and other relevant areas of the Stroke Foundation as required.
