About our partnership
The Ian Potter Foundation has supported the Stroke Foundation in the delivery of enableme; a website empowering stroke survivors to drive their own recovery.

EnableMe features:

  • information and resources on all aspects of stroke
  • videos featuring first-hand accounts of stroke and stroke recovery
  • advice and support from stroke health professionals
  • connection to other stroke survivors and carers, creating a place to seek answers and share experiences and to celebrate achievements.
  • tools to set and track personal recovery goals.

The Ian Potter Foundation is assisting us to conduct regular evaluation workshops with users and develop new functionalities or enhancements. They are helping us to implement a significant communications campaign to promote EnableMe and provide resources to build user community and to develop high quality, relevant content.
