About Stroke Care Champion Award

Each year the Stroke Foundation and the Stroke Society of Australasia honour Australians working in the field of stroke or supporting stroke survivors and carers, through the Stroke Care Champion Award.

This award recognises health professionals and researchers working five or more years, who demonstrate tremendous dedication to their work in the field of stroke.  The award acknowledges that outstanding contribution to the lives of stroke patients, survivors and carers is vital and should be commended.

Stroke Foundation receives many Care Champions nominations from all around Australia each year, and for that we would like to thank all nominees for their tremendous work in the field of stroke.

Nominations are currently closed.
