Summary
Macquarie University is working with Safer Care Victoria to find out more about how health services respond when things go wrong in patient care in the Victorian health system. The aim is to shape a safer, more transparent healthcare system.
Eligibility
- The survey is open to all health consumers in Victoria (i.e., you may be a patient, healthcare provider or member of the general public who may access the Victorian health system.)
Activity
- An online survey may take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
- Your responses are confidential and anonymous.
- If interested, you may also share your experiences in a follow-up interview (optional).
