StrokeLine can help. Contact us if:

  • You have had a transient ischaemic attack (TIA).
  • You have health conditions that increase your risk of stroke.
  • You want to build healthier habits to reduce your risk of stroke.

StrokeLine health professionals also deliver the Living Well After Stroke program. This is an 8-week, evidence-based program that empowers you to reduce your risk of stroke.
