These awards celebrate the everyday heroes in our stroke community — from carers, family members and friends to health professionals, researchers, advocates, and people with lived experience. Your nomination helps shine a light on their kindness, resilience and dedication to making a difference in stroke prevention, treatment and recovery.
Nominations open 16 June and close 29 August 2025.
