Stride4Stroke is Stroke Foundation’s flagship event, where we encourage our amazing community to get active during the month of November.

One of the things we can do to reduce our risk of stroke, or secondary stroke, is to keep active. Stride4Stroke focuses on increasing ‘Moving Minutes’ which is something that can be applied to any activity, such as swimming, skipping, exercise bike, yoga, walking, running, doing an online fitness classes or setting a movement target in stroke recovery.

It’s all about striding your way, wherever you are.
