There are an estimated 142,000 Australians aged 18 to 65 living with the impact of stroke. Stroke Foundation’s Young Stroke Project started in 2020 with the aim to deliver information to meet the needs and preferences of survivors of stroke aged 18 to 65 years, their family, friends and carers.
Young Stroke website has been created by and for young survivors of stroke, their family, friends and carers. A huge thank you goes to over 1000 people with lived experience who have contributed.
