Statement Regional Stroke Foundation

December 07, 2017
The Stroke Foundation understands a man has been appealing for donations and collecting funds in Queensland, specifically in the Mackay area representing the Regional Stroke Foundation.

This man and the Regional Stroke Foundation are in no way connected with Stroke Foundation.

While Regional Stroke Foundation refers to our campaigns and references our statistics, this should not be seen as an endorsement of the man or the organisation.

The Stroke Foundation is a national charity that partners with the community to prevent, treat and beat stroke. We stand alongside stroke survivors and their families, healthcare professionals and researchers. We build community awareness and foster new thinking. We support survivors on their journey to live the best possible life after stroke.

Partner with us to continue this important work by making a donation
