What is Our Education Journey?

Our Education Journey is an 18-month co-design project supporting families of children who have had a stroke.

Together, we’re developing practical, easy-to-use resources to help families navigate the education system - from early childhood through to secondary school.

By working alongside families, educators, health professionals, and other stakeholders, we’ll make sure the resources reflect real experiences and meet the needs of those they’re designed to support.

How will we work together?

We’ll gather experiences and ideas through:

  • Focus groups – small online workshops exploring challenges and solutions
  • Surveys – to hear from the wider community

The project will be guided by a Steering Committee of people with lived experience, educators, health professionals and other stakeholders.

How can you get involved?
