Digital health stations

SiSU Digital Health Stations provide employees with a 5 minute interactive health check. The health check includes:

  • Blood pressure
  • Heart rate
  • Height, weight and Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Body fat %
  • Stroke risk 

Following the health check, employees receive an email with their personal results and any relevant health recommendations. They can also participate in digital programs that provide comprehensive and personalised support to improve their health. Employers do not receive any personal information but instead receive an aggregated report of results showing any common health risks or opportunities.

A Health Check on the SiSU Health Station is free to staff and provides measurable biometric results, to help everyone achieve their lifestyle goals.
