2022 Stroke Award Finalists announced
Stroke Foundation is pleased to announce the inspirational finalists for this year’s national Stroke Awards.
This year’s awards include a new category, the Stroke Warrior Award. This award celebrates children and teens who have taken the initiative to raise awareness of stroke, support the recovery of a loved one or shown incredible drive and resilience in their own recovery.

Stroke Foundation Executive Director Stroke Services, Lisa Murphy, congratulated the finalists.
“These finalists are truly remarkable,” Dr Murphy said.
“They include survivors of stroke, family members, carers, volunteers, fundraisers, researchers and health professionals who have gone above and beyond to improve the lives of Australians affected by stroke.
“This diversity reflects the widespread impact of stroke on our community. We cannot thank them enough for their time, dedication and selfless actions.”
The winners will be announced on Wednesday May 4, 2022.
